Racing my 1983 Honda CR250 and 1986 CR250 at AVDRA/AHMRA Dual in the Desert! | Vintage Race

First and foremost we had gopro issues today. The gopro footage is from the first race I was in and we happened to be race one. It is unfortunate because you do not want to be the first race because they just watered the track and there are no berms forming yet. I do alot better when there are berms. First race the gopro got mud on the lense and I did not even think about wiping it when I get roosted but guess I need to. The remaining three races I hit the button and it went into some fast mode where is was like watching a video in fast forward. I have no idea how that happens but time for me to get a new gopro so it does not happen anymore.
In today’s video, we’re racing my 1983 Honda CR250 and 1986 Honda CR250 motocross bikes in Dual in the Desert at Motoland MX Park in Casa Grande, Arizona. I race the 1983 CR 250 in the GP3 open (open is any cc and any age rider) expert class which falls in any 1981-1983 bike with dual drum brakes and long travel suspension and any cc. My 1986 CR 250 I race in the D1 open (open is any cc and any age rider) expert class which is any 1984-1986 model year front disc only. There was twenty races and you race twice in each class so a total of 40 races ran. If you are in one class you will race twice and they will determine the overall winners from the best results from both races. I like doing two different classes so you are not waiting around too much for your second race. Sometimes they are spread out and on occasion you may have a back to back race. Overall a fun day and I need to work on my starts ;)
