Une vue panoramique unique sur les Alpes suisses et françaises, de l’Eiger au Mont Blanc et au Léman.
Le trajet pittoresque et éblouissant conduit des rives du lac Léman jusqu’aux magnifiques paysages montagneux.
Durant son ascension, le train vient à bout de plus de 1600 mètres de dénivelé, longeant des champs, villages et forêts.
Le trajet épouse les courbes de la montagne et, au fur et à mesure qu’il grimpe, il dévoile des vues spectaculaires sur le lac Léman et les sommets environnants.

Zahnradbahn Montreux - Rochers-de-Naye
Rochers-de-Naye bietet einen einmaligen Panoramablick auf die Schweizer und Französischen Alpen: Vom Eiger über den Mont-Blanc bis hin zum Genfersee - die Zahnradbahn führt die Gäste auf 2’000 Meter Höhe und damit zum Ausgangspunkt zahlreicher Erlebnis- und Entdeckungsmöglichkeiten.
Die malerische Fahrt führt vom Ufer des Genfersees hoch hinauf in luftige Berglandschaften.
Mit mehr als 1600 Meter Höhenunterschied klettert die Bahn hinauf - vorbei an Feldern, Dörfern und Wäldern.
Mit zunehmender Höhe gibt die eng am Hang entlangführende Bahnstrecke ihre spektakuläre Sicht auf den Genfersee und die umliegenden Berge frei.
Montreux-Berner Oberland-Bahn
Die Montreux-Berner Oberland-Bahn, abgekürzt MOB, französisch Chemin de fer Montreux Oberland bernois, ist eine Schweizer Bahngesellschaft.
Heute ist sie im Handelsregister mit der Schreibweise Compagnie du Chemin de fer Montreux Oberland bernois SA und Montreux Berner Oberland Bahn AG eingetragen, bis 2010 lautete die deutsche Eigenschreibweise Montreux-Berner Oberland-Bahn.
Sie ist sowohl Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen als auch Infrastrukturbetreiberin, im Wesentlichen betreibt sie die meterspurige Bahnstrecke Montreux-Lenk im Simmental.
Das Unternehmen wurde Ende der 1890er-Jahre im Hinblick auf den Bau der Strecke gegründet.

Rochers-de-Naye offers a unique panoramic view of the Swiss and French Alps: from the Eiger to Mont-Blanc and down to Lake Geneva - the cog railway takes guests up to an altitude of around 2,000m, where various experiences and opportunities for discovery begin.
The picturesque ride goes along the shores of Lake Geneva before rising up into the fresh mountain air.
Climbing more than 1,600 meters in altitude, the railway passes fields, villages and forests. With increasing altitude, the narrow track along the slope offers ever-more spectacular views over Lake Geneva and the surrounding mountains.
Montreux Oberland Bernois Railway
The Montreux Oberland Bernois Railway is a company that operates an electrified railway line, the Montreux-Lenk im Simmental line, in southwest Switzerland, one of the oldest electric railways in the country.
Its main line, 62.4 km (38.8 mi) in length, is built to the 1,000 mm (3 ft 3+3⁄8 in) gauge. It connects Montreux, Gstaad, and Zweisimmen.
At Zweisimmen, passengers may transfer to the Zweisimmen to Spiez line - a standard gauge line owned by BLS AG. A 12.9 km (8.0 mi) branch-line also connects Zweisimmen to Lenk.

Merci pour cette video et pour les infos citées. Superbes paysages de haute montagnes bien enneigés et ensoleillés. Très bel et intéressant itinéraire avec de la neige. Belle vue sur le Lac Leman entte 30.30 et 31.50 ainsi qu'a la gare de Glion. Et merci pour les vues prisent d'un avion ou par un drone a a fin👍👍

Could have been a great complete journey but was spoiled by the editing which resulted in an incomplete journey and just edited highlights, a shame.
Have you watched this video? Your comment does not reflect its content. The descent was filmed from the summit to the arrival in Montreux. Difficult to do more!
@@helvetie I was only commenting on the editing out of the tunnels. Yes, ok, nothing to see inside tunnels but for me it breaks up the journey unnecessarily and makes the journey incomplete. I appreciate that it is just a personal observation and does not represent the views of the majority of your viewers. I can see that otherwise it is obviously an excellent video, very well produced and I do appreciate the work that has gone into producing it.
@@phil7794 At the beginning and end of the recording I had problems receiving the GPS signal on the camera. This is visible on the published route. Reason why I exceptionally cut these passages. Thank you for your compliments.
@@helvetie I was basing my observations on the assumption that it was just a straight forward recording and was not based on having a GPS signal, therefore recording inside tunnels was not possible, so thank you for pointing that out.
