      You can add a few drops of purple gel food coloring. But add 1 drop at a time, it changes color with time, so you have to wait before adding more.

      Lila colour. Just a tiny(!!!) Pinch. Best hack here is a toothpick. Dip it in Lila food colouring and add to the buttercream

      It should be unsalted butter
      Salted butter never suitable for butter cream Frosting

    Hi dear, I love your technique in cake baking. I'm a small cake baker in Antigua in the caribbean . I live in a hot, humid country . And I also have a wedding cake. Do you have recipe of a butercream that I may missing in order for it not to melt ... I'm bit scared just started out

      Hi Blossom,what I normally do Is regardless of what kind of buttercream you use,especially in humid climate,make sure to put a layer of ganache under it

      Some butters have more water it's best to use butter with 82% fat
