Watch Zuko vs Todoroki death battle. The whole thing just like you did with All-Might vs Might Guy
I feel like that wasn't truly fair, zuko didn't even get his swords when he's the blue spirit. Also he breathed and melted the ice of a water bender under a full moon, while todoroki just got ice which he isn't even that great with and his fire is crap since he rarely used it until deku came in. I might be biased because zuko is one of my all time favorite characters but I think he should've won

Also Zuko only melted Katara's ice because he could still breath. Todoroki's ice is stronger than what Katara could make.
And also Zuko's swords wouldn't make a difference,Shoto could simply freeze and shatter them.

It came as a surprise to absolutely no one that both spit supa hot fiya. They came with really lit bars, man.
For me, I have to say it's a draw. Like, yeah, Todoroki had incredible bars, but Zuko took them and threw them back like he does with lightning, and they hit just as hard.
