Mine would be "and". It is funny watching what you create and realize, oh crap, I say it like that (-: And Bigclive has "One moment please" covered which I use to use as a delaying tactic as my mind caught up to what I was doing.

There of plenty of "ands" in there too. Umm just seems most noticeable when I'm editing.
At least Big Clive's "One moment please" makes sense and keeps the dialogue going.
