Such a wonderful interview, it really clarified some things. What a gift Sonia gave the world! I really love her interviews with Lara. I have to say about her name being one everyone can pronounce, not so much in America lol. When I hear the way Americans who have a "Lara" in their life pronounce it I cringe every time. Listening again to this, some time after, I rediscover some gems but also identify better how much she has evolved since 2010.

What a wonderful interview. Both of these women were at ease and their friendship was very evident. I learned quite a bit about Lara's life that I never knew, even though I have been listening to her for 25 years. And Sonia knows how to ask questions and frame an interview. There were no slow points at all.
Thank you, too, for the subtitles. I do speak and understand French fairly well, but the conversation was fast-moving and filled with so many topics that "French-only" would have been difficult. The subtitles were spot-on as well.
