sorry naan salt mention pannala, yes konjam salt um poadunga. first karupati illati brown sugar eduthu kollunga but kadaisiya white sugar eduthu konda thaan andha perfect sweetness ongaluku kedaikum.. really sorry for the late reply
@@NaveenasTinyTips-Run SIS IT TURNED OUT GREAT!!! I made it and had to make adjustments and it kinda turned too sweet, because of the dates I used. Had to balance it out with vinegar but it is really very very tasty!!

Similar to north west Malaysian Peninsular archar...not only dates added but other dried fruits like lime, figs, prunes, raisins. My comfort condiment. UA-cam acar limau or acar kurma for recipe
actually it doesn't spoil for months as long as you keep it in the room temperature but if you make a big batch of the paste I would suggest you to add the onion just the day before eating so that its not overpowered by onion smell and the remaining paste you can store it in the room temperature.
Hi sis, I tried this recipe. Didn't came out well 😕 I did everything in the same way as you. The pickle gets too thick when it's cooling down. No idea what went wrong. Please advise me on this
Don't worry after adding the onions it will release some moisture. This pickle is always made and mixed with onion the day before so that it will have enough time to release some moisture before eating.
