MAGS! That is such an epic run. I've been lucky enough to do it on several occasions and man, coming from sea level, it kills you. But it is so awesome - every dedicated runner should run Magnolia Rd. at least once in their life. Breathtaking in every sense of the word! Keep it rolling, Sage. And thanks for bringing back some great running memories.
Nice Job Sage, I am going to try and be at the expo on Sunday. Hope to see you there. I don't see a listing for a Hoka One One booth but, I am hopeful.
Can't help but notice that this song must be heavily influenced by The Tallest Man on Earth -- particularly the song "The Drying of the Lawns." Good stuff.
Hi Sage, when you did your surge or hard run during fartlek, what pace did your run ? Was it 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon pace ? By the way, this is another great video.
Hey Sage where can I find these songs by Flaherty? Also I've been training lately & I caught runners knee. I have 6 weeks til districts and I don't know what to do. Any suggestions? (Oh yeah you don't have to make a video responding, a comment back would be great! Thanks.)

Thanks for taking us along on the journey Sage. I've learned a lot from your training and enjoy (can't wait) for your next videos.
Thanks for giving so much Sage. All the best at Boston and hope to see you do the HK100 some day!.
Thanks Sage,
great Video.
Keep moving!
Cheers!
Love these video with training footage. They're my favorite. You're awesome as always Sage.
I love your training footage, Sage! You can tell how much effort you put into both the running and the video editing. :) Keep it coming!
Best luck for you in Boston Sage! Great workout!
Go Sage!

Great video. You're looking strong, nice camera work by Sandi, and I loved the music. Well done.
Great run!!, nice way to mix things up with a Fartlek workout. Digging the tune too! :D

Loving the new intro, at least this one doesn't sound like it was recorded in a cupboard :)
