She is such a great custom doll Beth! The attention to detail on your part knocks it out of the park! I can't believe I never thought about printing a hand with the handle for the prop it's hosetly a genius idea. Well done Craig! Thank you for collaborating with us 💕
Thank you so much! Yes I think it really helps with fiddly props too if you can have them joined to the hand ^_^ We had a great time, and Craig certainly went above and beyond (he also made his own music for this video!) I love it when the guys get so engaged with the process too!
Beth!!!!! You did a beautiful job. The way you filmed the video, shot your photos and your superb sewing… *chefs kiss* thank you for the guidance and suggestion on the pants, it helped make Dante’s look complete. You did a great first face-up and wig as well! So. Much. Talent. I learned a lot from watching your video and I hope to incorporate these as I continue my journey. Love you!!!!!!!!! ❤
Awww Kat! ❤ You're the best, love you too! I had so much fun working on this and especially chatting with you all about it! I can't wait to collab with you again! ;) Thank you so much! ^_^
Incredible! Thank you for sharing your entire process. It's always fascinating to watch you turn different elements into a cohesive, professional whole. Your talents are ever increasing! It is difficult to choose, but the jacket is a favorite. The collar, pieced back and sleeves, the finish at the bottom with the belt loops, all of the topstitching. You not only nailed the look on the exterior but your clean finish of the lining is pleasing. I love it when doll clothes mimic our clothes inside and outside. Welcome home. Hope your vacation was lovely. Sincerely, Delaney
Fantastic work as usual, Beth! I used to make human-sized costumes and can't tell you how excited I am to see more doll cosplays. Your jacket, pants, boots, props, wig and makeup, reminded me of my cosplaying days. Your craftsmanship has really evolved and I thoroughly enjoyed watching you work your magic. I loved everything you did for Fragile! ♥
the doll looks stunning and seeing your journey making it was so interesting and cool, especially the jacket. i love Fragile she is one of my favourite videogame characters
Wow oh wow oh wow Beth. Fragile is simply stunning!!! You are so very talented with everything you do. I loved everything you made, but I think her jacket was my favourite piece of her outfit. But of course I loved her faceup and the incredible wig you created. I haven't seen any of the other artists characters yet, but will go look now. Yours will be a hard act to follow. 😍🤩
Here from Enchanterium's video and I'm so excited. I am a death stranding super fan and its really cool to see a doll maker make this stellar character!
Absolutely every part of this video is fascinating! I am reminded of Susanna Oroyan's motto that all dollmaking is solving problems. Your use of the Cricut and 3D printer makes things a lot easier as far as detail goes, but I suspect the 3D involves way more work than meets the eye! Such an impressive result.
Thank you so much! That motto is so very true!! I think the variety of materials and techniques is what keeps dealmaking always fresh and exciting for me ^_^
Oh my gosh this is amazing. Wow, my smarty decked out and one of my favorite games outfits. I’ve got to try this. Are you willing to post your modified Sequoia jacket pattern in your store. This project is definitely next level for everyone that was involved. Thank you all for getting the creative juices flowing.
Thanks so much! Yes, I do want to digitise the jacket pattern, though it might take me a little while to get around to, so please do watch this space ;)
@@BethRamsden so when you digitize your patterns, are you re-drawing them in a vector program like illustrator if so I would love to help you out I’m a fair hand, illustrator, and other vector applications.
@@coolshawnA that is how I Should be doing them 😆 but have been scanning and tracing them in Photoshop instead. I’m going to be getting new illustration software soon, which I plan to use for my patterns. Thank you for the offer!! ☺️
This was awesome. You are so very talented. The details in your work were outstanding. I enjoyed your video and was excited to watch the others. I hope you continue these types of collabs.
Yes I think so too, my first time trying to make smart doll eyes. I think the dome needs to be smaller and ‘pointier’? Hopefully I’ll get a better result next time! ☺️
Has anyone thought of doing something like Lavendertowne drawing characters based on there book descriptions but I thought someone should do that but with dolls. What I mean is making a doll based on book descriptions like for example like Lavendertowne drawing Coraline characters based on book descriptions as in what they physically look like. Can you make creepypasta character as a doll?
