I did some research, and so far I have plastic mesh, elastic fabric, and some foam. If I were you, I would get a ton of foam. You don't want to run out. Have fun!
But you can get the same result with cardboard
Just cut with the grain for sturdy pieces or against for curved edges
The costume: looks really realistic

This is sooo cool!!! I've seen heads for FNaF cosplays being made using this method before and personally its one of the most effective ways of making a head with a moving jaw as I have used it twice to make two heads for my Springtrap cosplay. Loved the video!!!! Xx

I'm making one (Foxy) and for me being 10 and this is my first cosplay, it's turning out pretty good! Believe in yourself and with practice you can get a cosplay of your own! Fun fact: I'm doing this for Halloween and a convention and just for fun!

The jaw moves using the screws. The elastic pulls the jaw up, so when you press down on it with your mouth, it moves it down, but the elastic brings it back up.

Thats the point. Havent you seen like every cosplay video out there? Its all just pictures. If you dont like it and want to complain, then you can get off youtube, get the materials, and make it yourself instead of taking time out of your fathers day to do a simple hour long craft for you.
