Yamaha is my absolute favorite! A decade ago, my engineer chose a 2700 Yamaha generator instead of elemax and other generators available at that time. Guess what? That generator is still going strong today! Meanwhile, my neighbors have had to buy half engines for their generators. But not me, my trusty Yamaha still has its original engine. There was a time when it needed a Diode, but we couldn't find one. So, my clever engineer replaced the follow come Capacitor with a higher Capacitor, and it has been working perfectly ever since. One thing I really appreciate about it is that the engine runs at a low speed, which my neighbors find really cool and wish they had one too!
Nice compilation! I agree with all but the maxmech. The best Chinese generator to me is the elepaq constant, that generator is just too good, I love the sound, provided you maintain it well and don't overload it, the sound won't change. Maxmech is ok but I'll place it right behind Maxi.

I left this gen for almost 6 months without turning on during the dry season cos I didn't need it, I had it in my mind to just call a mechanic to service once I want to use it, but I decided to try turning it on first and to my shock, after the 3rd pull, it turned on. This is a gen that you don't pull more than twice to turn on. I used the gen with no issues until I decided to service it. It still serves till date, ready to on anytime anywhere. Elemax is an absolute beast, never for once failed me.

What about Lutian generator. I have had mine now for 7yrs without any problem, only that it can't carry all the loads it used to carry.
Unfortunately lutian didn't make the list cos it has aluminum coil
