I remember when Yuqi said that people often see her as the dancer or face of the group but she wants to be seen as a singer, yuqi wants to hear comments that say "aah she can really sing"... Yuqi you are such an amazing singer , we will work hard so that people recognize you as the great singer that you are
That makes me sad because I’ve been saying for years Yuqi is my favorite non-main vocal in the whole industry. Her voice has always been awesome, and is only getting better and stronger with time.
gidle’s vocal line needs so much more recognition within and outside of the fandom! they may not have the best technique in the industry but undoubtedly they have the most colourful voices! and what makes them even more amazing is how they are able to blend their distinctive voices together so well!!

@@fcg1000 i think the reason why not only minnie but also miyeon and yuqi as well are not considered the best technical singers is because in an magazine interview soyeon said that she didn’t want the vocal line to take traditional vocal lessons because she wanted to keep each member’s special style of singing so they ended up being trained by a coach who could work with them while maintaining their originality hence them not having the classic techniques that most vocalist are trained to have
Hands down GIDLE has the best 4th gen vocal line. Especially MIYEON, she’s a gem on another level, best 4th gen vocalist and prettiest main vocal in general.
G-IDLE is a group very versatile their voices are very special ,they mix very well together i only find a few kpop groups with interesting voices for me are MAMAMMOO ang G-IDLE
I think there are a lot of groups with "interesting voices" but what it's difficult to find it's a group who actually play with these vocals to make REALLY something different. To me, Red Velvet and G-Idle are like that.
