Sparring Highlights

Here are a few highlights from me point sparring over the years. This is just some sample footage that I have shot over the years. I’m not a dynamic fighter, I’m very much a counter fighter. I sometimes sit back and look at what you are doing to better see how to break you down. That’s where point sparring strategy really comes in. Sit back and watch your opponent and their flaws and then capitalize on them!

Most of the time, I’m fast enough where it doesn’t matter.

I mostly compete in TKD point fighting as well, which is different than sport karate fighting.
