Steampunk Necklace Tutorial - Blue Jean Dream - Part Four

What you need:
Strips of Blue jeans or other fabric
Strips white cotton or fabric of your choice
20 gauge copper wire with or without the plastic sheathing
Jump ring large
Wire cutters and strippers
scissors
tape measure
