7:10 (Ok I should have put these all in 1 comment but I dont feel like having to rewatch the parts later to make sure I am responding correctly) No, saying that the way you are doing something is bad does not mean DO NOTHING AT ALL. It means, DO SOMETHING ELSE. It's not Team Seas or nothing, It's Team Seas, nothing, or another solution (although the sad thing is the best thing you can do is probably just protest and be heard). You may argue that "well that is what team seas was" but once again the way they did it was horrible since it continued the narrative corporations push that it is an individual effect and not the more obvious corporate fault. Even if it made people aware of the issue it directed them to a false solution that can guarantee nothing changes which is arguably MORE harmful than doing nothing.
Everything you say is out of fear of defamation, your just scared like everyone else you don’t trielt want to form your own opinions, you’ve consistently belittled the situation and ignored the evidence right in your face “I don’t care if he fakes videos if it’s just cgi” well it’s not just cgi is it? It’s disgusting how many people are so ignorant to the fact that anyone can come out and say anything against someone, and what they say isn’t evidence, it’s allegations. Allegations can’t always be trusted, because some people are just trying to gain fame, like Dogpack. He joined the mr beast company for a couple weeks with the intention to find incriminating things, couldn’t find anything at all, so started throwing anything against the wall to see what stuck. And clearly it worked, because it got him famous. When everyone realizes that all the allegations that came out aren’t that serious, it’s not gonna matter, because Dogpack gets to cash out. I think the reason these accusations come out right now because they “hit it when the iron is hot”. There had been people accusing Mr beast before but their reputation destroyed cuz Mr beast reputation is too high
Ok I am so baffled by this video so I will make the big comment. 1) Whether or not making jokes about drugs (or actual being on drugs) is a bad idea legally in case of a lawsuit, that should not change YOUR opinion, why should you adopt the dumb biases of the legal system? That is...well dumb. So disregarding his points because of it makes 0 sense, especially when 99% of his points are directly backed by evidence or other peoples' opinions. (Also do you think people will change their opinion is Dawson loses the lawsuit??) 2) Your whole "every little helps" and "well he did help overall" is EXACTLY why Team Seas was an issue. YOU and your opinion here is exactly why Team Seas was arguably more harmful than doing nothing. "Every little helps" simply is not true when the scale is at a corporate/government/international level, and companies CONSTANTLY try to fund efforts that seem outwardly positive but actual keep pedalling that myth (LIKE TEAM SEAS DID), This is exactly why Coca Cola being a sponsor was bad (which you see no issue with). It shows a direct correlation that Coca Cola saw that Team Seas wasn't a cause that conflicted with them since it didn't actually attempt to bring an actual long lasting change. (You seem to miss out the math where he points out in like 991 days they took out less than a days worth of trash from the ocean...which seems weird but idk when you recorded this and when he posted that) 3) Saying "you shouldn't have done this" isn't "do nothing". It is "do something else" whether that be "nothing" or another actually helpful solution. That's a dumb argument I see way too many times. Honestly, doubt it is intentional because people actually believe this since they have yet to be challenged and have the logical flaw pointed out to them (in fact most of your points are like this, common logical flaws that big corporations like to exploit) 4) (Kinda a repeat of 1) You do realise that actual scientist agree that just capturing trash is useless. And that actual structural change is needed to clean the ocean. You were dishonest when saying that Dawson said that Team Seas did nothing (I think it was hyperbole but the way you say it seems like you are being real) but...like in my previous points...no it actually was harmful in the fight for climate change all things considered.
@@spaceven Yes the obligatory "IM NOT BEING BIAS" *Insert absolute braindead take that shows obvious bias*. (Like just because DogPack may get screwed legally does not make him wrong. no what dogpack means with the team seas is even if team seas does what it does it makes no difference because the government and corporations will keep on added more trash so instead of giving money to Mr beast we should put together our effort and support to stop the government and the companies, I think the boys says it best (censored of obviously) "we spent all that time going after that maniac in tights that we didn't stop the problem... vought" (team seas is the maniac in tights and the government and corporations are vought) team seas wont stop pollution its not even a temporary fix

13:00 BECAUSE WHETHER OR NOT YOU ARE ON METH, THE EVIDENCE PROVIDED DOESN'T CHANGE. I really don't know why you care so much about this weird "professionalism". You keep saying "you don't want to believe him". THEN DON'T. Even in his videos he constantly says "here is the evidence, here is the law, make your own conclusion" and yet you act like he is just pulling stuff up his ass because he is (jokingly, I agree he probably should make the joke more obvious though) on drugs or doesn't take it as "seriously" (idk people can be serious in different ways) as you would like. This is such a brain dead take. Maybe to the extreme yes, but something like this where you are poking fun at a situation is perfectly normal and as long as your actual talking points aren't relying solely on hearsay (which very few are) doesn't matter. Like you do bring up the point about court and it is true that the legal system can be stupid with "credibility" but that doesn''t mean YOU should also acquire that bias, that is obviously dumb. The law and any possible suing is one thing ,let's be honest even if he loses the internet won't change the opinion they have and therefore just DOES NOT MATTER. What does matter is what is being said so you constantly disparaging him just comes out as a weird defence.
Even if the guy was indeed high on ''shrooms'' (which is an obvious joke and you are trying to debase the guy based on an obvious joke), explain the fake giveaways and the lotteries and the server he was in with Kris. Stop glazing Mr Beast, you wont get a Lamborghini and get to the point of the things. The entire video was ''oh, this guy made a joke, this discredits him'', no it doesnt
I don't completely agree with your review. Don't get me wrong, but the review comes off a bit bias. Certain parts of the review have you sharing strong opinions or stances that comes off with some emotional charge or feeling. Personally, I prefer you to rewatch the videos and evidence without any bias. I suggest doing a critical analysis over everything. That way you can put your bias and feelings aside and give everyone a chance. Criticizing both sides doesn't automatically make you unbiased, it's the opinions and stances that declares where your biases are at. I'm pretty sure that some of Dogpack's points don't exactly align with his main arguments which is why it comes off weak and can sometimes be confusing on what exact point he's trying to make. The save the ocean one is an example of a supporting claim that needs to be fixed to make sense on how it connects to his main argument. So it explains why you felt it was talking about the "save the ocean" organization failing rather than how Mr. Beast use tactics to cater more of his child audience. The points about the mushroom and high thing is actually a bad joke made by dogpack. It can be easy to assume that him talking about it a bunch of times is somehow means it's true, but that itself isn't sufficient proof at all. So, different employee from Mr. beast saying it's true doesn't automatically mean it is true. Taking that and what Dogpack said as though it has to be true is biased in a way as you have to remember that without actual receipts or proof of him having it in possession, then it's better to say that it's alleged and supposedly to avoid inputting your bias in. In my opinion, the reason why I believe dogpack is getting a ceased and desist is more likely because his videos and comments damaged Mr. Beast's brand and image to a huge degree. So it makes sense for a pending lawsuit to happen. I'm pretty sure it is not due to a company secret leak as there is no evidence to support that.
I agree withthe last part but i didnt tell it was ajoke sorry, ill say it again he's a bit too negative and i cant tell when he's joking or not, Idk if he gave a more positive outlook even on his video where he was talking about jimmy being a fraud i think id side with him in this situation but for onw im sticking with jimmy
I would like to offer some constructive feedback after watching your video. Firstly, I noticed a significant amount of praise directed towards MrBeast and his work. While it is commendable that he is involved in philanthropic efforts such as ocean conservation, it's important to recognize that his influence extends far beyond these actions. MrBeast is a prominent figure in the online world, and every small action he takes can have a substantial impact on future generations. This is not an overstatement. Additionally, I observed that you dedicated approximately eight minutes of your video to discussing Dogpack and his alleged behavior. This segment felt repetitive and somewhat detracted from the overall message. Dogpack's points, regardless of his demeanor, carried substantial weight and merit further consideration than what has been afforded to MrBeast's supporters or team members thus far. It's also worth noting that Dogpack's (smoked) behavior appeared to be a humorous take rather than a serious concern. Despite these points of critique, I want to emphasize that I appreciate your content. I have found your videos insightful, particularly your commentary on Chris Tyson. I encourage you to continue producing high-quality content and sharing your perspectives.
all the info in dogpack's video is public . he did nothing illegal.. also, i'd like to say that this video is definitely misleading especially since jimmy did not sue anyone, it was a cease and desist that isn't even considered a legal proceeding. i'm not saying that jimmy won't take legal action in the future but i think the title misrepresents the video. it definitely makes me sad to see a lot of videos milking this whole situation but it is what it is
MrBeast getting cancelled in 2024 is not what I expected at all. When the dogpack video first came out I was really skeptical at first and I wanted to be open-minded about this situation/not trust anything so easily but seeing no actual response from MrBeast and instead a cease and desist letter. I’m starting to suspect that what dogpack said is true and MrBeast is no good guy after all. I don’t like to assume but I already did but the most we can do, as a viewer, is sit back and wait for more things to come out.
The "I wrote this high on meth" was sarcasm obviously because Dogpack made a joke about how he was "high on shrooms" over on the reddit rant, it made people mad so he did it again on twitter lmao. Also, it is probably good that he says something like that in his statements that way he could use it to his advantage to win a court case and claim he was actually impaired to some degree when writing the allegations.
@@merked- Won’t work. If that was the case anyone could just say “oh I was high” to get out of a case. He’s an idiot for making “jokes” when in a very serious situation like this.

An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) is generally not enforceable in the context of illegal activities. If an NDA is used to cover up illegal actions, it cannot be legally enforced to prevent someone from reporting those activities. This includes situations where the illegal activity involves things like fraud, criminal actions, or violations of the law. Public policy typically dictates that NDAs cannot be used to conceal illegal activities, as such agreements are against the law themselves and contrary to justice and public interest.
It's worse in this case since all the info DogPack gave was very specifically public knowledge with the only arguable violations is him giving his "alleged" opinions. (Which if they are false....wouldn't break the NDA)

We can all only benefit from this dude being thoroughly audited by actual independent third party, not the one paid by Jimmy
In his new video he plans to burn half a million dollars. Burning money is illegal in many countries, including the United States. In the U.S., the defacement or destruction of currency is prohibited under Title 18, Section 333 of the U.S. Code, which states that anyone who "mutilates, cuts, defaces, disfigures, or perforates, or unites or cements together, or does any other thing to any bank bill, draft, note, or other evidence of debt issued by any national banking association, Federal Reserve Bank, or Federal Reserve System, with intent to render such bank bill, draft, note, or other evidence of debt unfit to be reissued" can be fined or imprisoned.

It's very important to realize that influencers in general specifically build an image of themselves that they decide they want the world to know. Manye people develop para social relationships which can get exploited by those influencers, that's a very common thing happening, and you never go wrong with assuming that the billionaire who depicts himself as a saint to earn more money, isnt completely honest with what hes saying
Its all about tax credits for donations and the improved image. When Notre Dame was burnt down 2 multibillionaires donated a billion each to its rebuilding. 10:25 Here is the thing, You keep saying that Dawson (is that his name?) is unreliable because you see him as unreliable (which I think is stupid, the way you present should not really factor if the content speaks for itself, like 99% of the stuff he says is directly backed with a piece of evidence, arguably he is being very professional, just not in presentation). Anyway, you do realise he pointed out that ACTUAL scientist also agree that this isn't a solution. You cannot just say that you think that it did help in the same breath that that is pointed out. Edit for 11:00 I'm not making another comment, it's because coca cola is a corporation and they are known for doing "philanthropy" to causes to try and white wash themselves or steer discourse by making a cause they think helps shield them bigger. (In this case the fact team seas pushes that corporate narrative that, in your words, "every little help", which it categorically doesn't when the issue is at this scale)
Yo Mr. Beast meat rider hope you got your apology ready, cause Jake Weddle a Mr. Beast employee just recently told Dogpack what they know and what’s been goin on.

Yall this dude is so biased yall should go against him @Breone 🤮🤮🤮
MrBreast doing anything but debunking the allegations 💀
Everything you say is out of fear of defamation, your just scared like everyone else you don’t trielt want to form your own opinions, you’ve consistently belittled the situation and ignored the evidence right in your face “I don’t care if he fakes videos if it’s just cgi” well it’s not just cgi is it? He rigs the videos in favour of the people he paid and various actors which is inexcusable. You like everyone one else just doesn’t want to get on his bad side, it’s beyond pathetic
@@0beronX45 what you mean evidence? everything that has come out is not evidence, all of it is alleged. What happened to innocent until proven guilty? You just want him gone because your a sheep following the flock. You’re doing what everyone else is doing. Just because the current trend is cancelling people for allegations (not cold hard evidence), doesn’t mean you have to as well. Why is everyone so ignorant to thinking, why did he wait to release this information until the year that everyone is getting exposed? Because it would get him famous. People are so clueless.
this video has a "this racoon is a paid actor" chucky response vibe
I believe you are not being impartial with your stance. You take every opportunity to belittle dogpack whether it's his presentation or memes or whatever, and downplay the fact that half a million discord messages are painting both Chris and Jimmy in a bad light, and all the evidence that was in plain sight but people just gloss over because he gives away money. Not to mention the fact how little you care that IMPRESSIONABLE CHILDREN are the ones falling for his scams, not stupid adults. You and other big commentary UA-camrs are just fence sitting milking this situation as much as possible without strongly condemning either Jimmy or Chris out of fear. Absolutely despicable.
Exactly, first video I watched of him, immediately ''do not recommend this channel''. What a joke
(Also do you think people will change their opinion is Dawson loses the lawsuit??)
2) Your whole "every little helps" and "well he did help overall" is EXACTLY why Team Seas was an issue. (You seem to miss out the math where he points out in like 991 days they took out less than a days worth of trash from the ocean...which seems weird but idk when you recorded this and when he posted that)
3) Saying "you shouldn't have done this" isn't "do nothing". It is "do something else" whether that be "nothing" or another actually helpful solution. That's a dumb argument I see way too many times. Honestly, doubt it is intentional because people actually believe this since they have yet to be challenged and have the logical flaw pointed out to them (in fact most of your points are like this, common logical flaws that big corporations like to exploit)
4) (Kinda a repeat of 1) You do realise that actual scientist agree that just capturing trash is useless. And that actual structural change is needed to clean the ocean. You were dishonest when saying that Dawson said that Team Seas did nothing (I think it was hyperbole but the way you say it seems like you are being real) but...like in my previous points...no it actually was harmful in the fight for climate change all things considered.
Man this guy is glazing mrbreast HARD💀

no what dogpack means with the team seas is even if team seas does what it does it makes no difference because the government and corporations will keep on added more trash so instead of giving money to Mr beast we should put together our effort and support to stop the government and the companies, I think the boys says it best (censored of obviously) "we spent all that time going after that maniac in tights that we didn't stop the problem... vought" (team seas is the maniac in tights and the government and corporations are vought) team seas wont stop pollution its not even a temporary fix

You literally made a video defending mrbeast 3 weeks ago
I agree withthe last part but i didnt tell it was ajoke sorry, ill say it again he's a bit too negative and i cant tell when he's joking or not,
