It would be kind of funny and interesting if they recreated content from Shadow’s Forces dlc and 06 to pad out the game. I really hope they don’t delist the original version of Generations, and if they do I hope the mods can be easily ported over to the new game. Mods will keep games alive long after the devs have stopped updating the game. It would definitely be interesting to see what a Shadow the Hedgehog 2 electric boogaloo would look like. From what I’ve heard Shadow’s game is a lot of fun, but there’s various issues that drag down the experience bad gunplay, the faction system simply does not work, and the story progression doesn’t follow a logical sequence of events. I’m sure if they were to fix up those issues we could’ve had something really good. Not entirely sure if I’ll get this or not. I already played the 360 version, and unless the new one can work with mods from the previous game I won’t pick it up on Steam. Hopefully, they don’t botch it.
2:28 "And I already know the Sonadow community are going to eat this up like hot cakes" 😂 I still think Sonic Generations doesn't need a remaster more than other Sonic Games, but I'll buy it if they include new content in that game and not the Shadow stages like it sounds like they are going to do, and the graphics do actually look slightly better as well, someone did a comparison video. But still, they're gonna need to add something like cosmetics for Sonic or rival rush from Sonic Colours Ultimate to persuade me to buy it, with that game they heavily improved it, it was just the remixed tracks and lighting/colour problems that I didn't like. Oh yeah and the heavily redesigned UI. If they keep Sonic Generations mostly the same with some minor improvements because let's be honest, 60fps is enough for me and the original game has that already, and add some new content, I might buy this game.
Yeah I’m picking this up for sure! Generations on Xbox 360 doesn’t look the best so it will be nice to have an upgrade and shadow has more things! I’m hyped for sure!
