Finland is a Nordic country and a member of Nordic council. It is official. Everybody can google it. Nordic countries are: Norway, Denmark, Finland Sweden and Iceland.
Nordic countries are prosperous countries with a very high standard of living.
Baltic countries are: Estonia Latvia and Lithuania.
Also check up the flags. All the Nordic countries have got flags with the Cross. Finland included.

Because Vilnius' Old Town has baroque style architecture. Not that much of Italy in other places of Lithuania.
