I decided to have fun today and do something a little different than I usually do with my original ambient songs: I made a post rock looping song, adding some gain, drum and bass for a big climax.

Okay, I can testify to the power of having an "emotional reaction" to music. Right about 2:50, the looping and fills were, to my ear, becoming cacophonous. I thought, "Antoine, what are you doing?" But then you abruptly switched to a mellow interlude until 3:18 when you started the loop stack again and, it suddenly made sense. Tension, release and then slam dunk! Bravo and thanks!

Proof that anything, even cacophony or high amounts of tension, can suddenly make sense in the right contexts. Music is mostly perspective and intention!
