There are moments where the chorus is very HEAVILY Auto-tuned...but that's to add the higher effect to her voice...most of this is her just using software to fix her pitch. If you are very much off tune then that's when they sound like a robot, but if the software doesn't need to as much of an adjustment then it is still correcting pitch to a degree but is less noticeable by ear.
