She decides the fate of my case. From there I had to go to national forum DELHI. Travelled in 3tier to Delhi and attended court.
Judges there are least interested in delivering justice. It's not an accusation but personal experience. They just don't read the case. BLINDLY put THEIR stamp on lower court's verdict.
They are retired judges appointed for a handsome salary . Least bothered about a common man.
Ofcourse corruption in judiciary is common today.

Comments on judiciary’s partiality and twisting the law to suit their favourite offenders are very apt. The faith of people in judiciary has gone with this judgement. Earlier it was Rahul Gandhi who is the beneficiary of judicial favouritism in a case of defamation against him where he was convicted and bail was rejected by the HC. But SC let him off nearly six or more months ago saying the punishment given is not proportionate to the offence. The punishment to be imposed on him hasn’t been decided yet. One convict is let off before elections and another offender is let off during the election process. Very sad for the country. It’s time its wings are clipped and supremacy of the rule of law is upheld to save our democracy. It’s one way strengthening anti Modi forces and anti India forces.
