Almost every household has their own great singers as karaoke singing has become a way of life there. Almost every week America and Britain Got Talents produce good Filipino singers but I still can’t understand why they don’t win despite getting the golden buzzer. I believe they’re all biased against Filipinos. They don’t want to be run over by our bevy of great singers.
Majority of Filipinos can sing It's instilled in their hearts since youth. Singing is free and doesn't cost a thing. That's a pastime and better than. Alcohol or gambling. So it entertains and touches people's hearts. That's also being Filipino when singing is passed through generations. Thank you for appreciating...Take care.
It's surprising to know that there's usually no crowd gathering in this singing performance done by a person inside the mall of the Philippines. This can be attributed to the fact that since the introduction of the karaoke in our country, the constant practice in developing one's vocal chords have produced so many talents in different styles of singing that is unique to every individual that may have made the mindset of the ordinary filipino that good singing in public by a non-professional singer is just a dime a dozen in this part of the world.
The Filipinos are already so used to seeing and hearing people doing karaoke singing and that maybe the reason why they are not anymore drawn to gather around the person singing.
Filipinos nowadays are getting fond of listening to local talents more than listening out to foreign performers, except to some few favorite names way out there.
I think this is the downside coz so many great singers in the Philippines, unless you’re “exceptionally” good, it’s hard to capture the people’s attention.

Yes, you are right. It is common here that customers sing at the karaoke corner where there are karaoke mics on sale. Before, the karaoke machines are larger but now, it is available thru microphone. There are mics with numbers somewhere embedded on the mics.
There's nothing to wait for this song, there's no belting in this song. People will stay only if you can get.the belting if there's any. To Filipinos you're not a good singer if you cannot belt

No crowd coz it is too early, perhaps the mall had just opened (10:00 a.m.) when the guy started singing.
We sing everytime, a karaoke machine is a plus but not really needed to express ourselves through music.
