The position of the shower with the toilet and washer behind the wall is genius, I haven't seen that before and it's such a good idea. The bed is incredible, in fact the whole ambulance is so well thought out and built it must be the best van accommodation ever.

Okay, I need to say a few things… as a paramedic I’ve worked in a ambulance for over 14 years and this man is kinda small… not everyone can just walk in RA like this 😂… his set up is beyond beautiful. I’m 6’1.5 and it’s a B* going through the center pass thru to the back lol with ease and to have a shower and bathroom there with a combo washer and dryer this guy is a genius. I’ve worked in many different types of vans from the old school vans from the 90s 😂 to monster mods that you can put 12 people in the back because I worked critical care and pediatric advanced life support. It’s cool to see that he used a kodiak chassis ambulance. I’m just totally impressed here but just know to stand upright in these guys not everyone can do this. Anyways, my .02 brilliant setup 👊🏾👍🏾 one last thing setting everything up on that tablet….. SCHWEEEEEEET ❤

Well I just had my first exp riding in a ambulance and with profuse and constant vomiting the paramedic still wanted me to lay flat on my back and strap me down so I could choke on my own vomit! And when I told her no she walked into the hospital and said I was uncooperative I made sure I didn't get seen I had to have my husband pick me up and take me to a different ER out of town!!!!!! Where the doctors had to give me a lot of medicine because of the fact I have an autoimmune disease my body accidentally thought I was being poisoned when I wasn't!!!!!!!!

The phrase “another level “ is way over used in our current day, but this is literally another level. The coolest part about this whole video is his modesty, and at the end, when he acknowledges that if he had any idea the amount of effort it would’ve taken that he wouldn’t have done it. Just goes to show that time is more valuable than anything else and no matter how cool it is and how many people lose their mind over it. he still recognizes that his time and his energy are worth more.

This guy has to be a master at Tetris. The way he has designed everything to fit together is amazing. Love the bed. Such a simple but effective design, and I love the idea of the Tatami. Lost me at the electrical, because his system sooo complex, but I appreciate that he is a genius and was able to do it all. For me though, the crowning achievement is putting the shower/laundry between the cabin and living area and making so much fit in such a small area, and to do it so that it feels spacious. Very well done Josh.

I worked in EMS the ambulance comes with separate A/C units for the box (usually mounted front of box above cab) that can run off shore power or the ambulance onboard power. I am thinking he didn't delete the A/C and with that tesla battery has power to run it if not running the engine.

OK. This is an amazing build, despite ambulances being my least favorite vehicle for conversion. That said, Josh is definitely a genius. I doubt many people in America could do this. Incredible technology. Incredible designs! The only thing I didn't see or maybe just missed was the A/C. I worked in ambulances in my college days in the early to mid-90s. I know ambulances have front and rear A/C. Did he set that up to run off of the batteries when parked?
I hope Josh continues. Not just RVs. I would love to see smart homes like granny pods for elderly parents, small homes, and even more common size ones.
