Everyone looking on their site to buy it and telling us it's more than we said... In MI it's $55. If it's on their site it's most likely being sold and shipped out of DC and their markups are higher than almost every state in the country which would explain why it's more. If you find it in person it'll be less (unless marked up). It's in KY, MI, Washington, Indiana and more.

I had just watched your video before going into a store for a different bottle and they offered me a taster of this at the counter and I had to pull the trigger. It’s unique! I bought it for $65 in Missouri today.

Purchased two bottles of the RD1 Amburana today at The Party Source in Kentucky. They had a special, buy two save $35. Incredible price!
Had this in a RD one tasting at a Liquor Barn in Kentucky hands down blew ever other flavor away. Took a day to price shop and look at other bottles went back the next day and bought it! No regrets!
Walked into a liquor store today and a guy next to me said “buy this, I saw a video last night saying that this will be allocated soon, and it’s amazing.” He definitely saw this video, and he’s definitely right

when i seen this review i thought oh man!! how would i ever get that!?! and if i ever do find a bottle it will be secondary craziness after this review. well tonight i stumbled on it, bottom shelf of the local spot and wow! does it live up to your hype! definitely going back for a couple backups! what a great bottle.

If you guys get a chance, try their maple finished one too. SO much maple syrup and brown sugar, immediately takes me to pancakes. It's a breakfast bourbon! (Obviously any bourbon can be a breakfast bourbon if you try hard enough)
They soak wood cubes in syrup, so technically infused with maple

Debated between this and red line elements for my first amburana and went with the red line. Haven’t opened it yet, so I hope it’s decent or I’ll be kicking myself.

Starlight released an Amburana finish recently been thinking about trying it, have not had anything else finished with Amburana yet but Starlight has 3 different options of the age of the finish, and all are around 111 proof.

It says 4+ years on the RD1 site. If it tastes good and is only $50, it's a go in my book. Like you said, "Whisky is too expensive." This and Pursuit Oak Collection are on my buy list. Perfect for Fall!
The whole RD1 lineup starts with the same that’s in the blue label. 4+ year Kentucky Straight. Each finish taking those same barrels and finishing and proofing to the best taste.
Redline has a great one at a higher proof.
Anything good for $50 is a must buy.

@@ryansullada1361 No, it's more balanced on the palate with the fruity apple and bready oatmeal, tho it has some good cinnamon heat in the finish.
I picked up a bottle after watching this and was super excited. Initial thoughts wow this is my best bottle. I messaged all my bourbon friends to let them know. After about 4 days of relaxing with a pour at the end of the day I can’t hardly look at the bottle. Hopefully everyone continues to enjoy theirs.
Wow really!?!? That's super odd. Ours still tastes very similar if not the same as when we opened it. I wonder what happened.
I am definitely not knocking it. We all taste differently, enjoy what you enjoy. The secondary wood became over powering to my palate. I enjoyed a 50/50 pour with wild turkey. It helped spread those flavors. Just my opinion, like I said earlier if you’re enjoying it drink it. Thanks for all your videos!

Maple Brown Sugar is the best Quaker Instant oatmeal flavor... and if you mix it with Raisins and Spice it's off the charts.........Apple and Cinnamon is a distant third for me.

I happened to be able to try a pour of this other day. I was not impressed. I thought it tasted very young. I could have bought a bottle for $60 plus tax. I chose to not take one home.
