Just re-visited this post. It really is a staggering performance. Congratulations Hayk for a wonderful interpretation. Very sad we are being denied the genius of Mr Gergiev to this day.

Wow! This was insanely GREAT!! The pianist played this on another dimension and the orchestra was so well-integrated. I've heard this countless times, but it was new again here. I want to hear the rest.
