For those of you who don't know what a mammy is, it is a stereotypical portrayal of a plump African-American woman who is a maternal housemaid and speaks in a southern accent. The archetype was a widely used during the "Jim Crow" era from the late nineteenth century to the early 1960s.
Cause she is a black woman, the southern accent of hers was also referred as the Slave accent. Mammy Twoshoes was also one of the reason why the creators of Tom & Jerry got in trouble for racism.
I imagine that Sakuya actually defeats Remilia and Flandre as a Vampire Hunter but they ended working for her, with Sakuya turning out like an ordinary housekeeper as Mama Two Shoes
