I recently installed similar fender Turn Signals on my BMW 135i M-Sport Package. Listen..., you didn’t have to pry the Turn Signal lenses to remove them. You only needed to slide them forwards (towards the front on your car) against the metal clip that secures them. Once it’s moved forwards a bit, the rear of the Lens will automatically lift away from the fender. To install, insert the end of the Lens with the metal clip First.., then slide it forwards, while inserting the rear of the Lens (then let let go/release). No prying tool (Flat Head screw driver or Plastic) is necessary!

You didn’t need to remove all of that just to get the grill off btw bro 😅
H Hi mate, yes true but I did because then there’s less of a chance of breaking the clips on the grills, I did it on my dads 6 series without pulling the bumper back like I did in this video and broke a couple of the clips on his!

Hey there, I was wondering if you knew of any seller/website that had any side indicators for the E-82 coupe 128i. I'm sure that it'll take some time to find some that properly fit my bmw but, it seems almost like for the case of side indicators, the internet marketplace really does not like the 128i from the years of 2006 to 2011. Any comment helps, thank you! I also enjoy the video as well, I'm thinking about giving it a like.

The side indicators I used will fit your car they fit all 3 series and 1 series’s of that era so you have nothing to worry about they will fit your e82 128i perfectly! I believe they only made the 128i in America and some other certain countries however I can assure you the side indicators in the description of this video will fit as the car shape is the same:) hope I helped! I tryed to remove the grills just so i could clean them a bit. Mate, it was pain in my ass, i've never done anything more painful with this car. Everything was so tight (Thats what she said LOL) I think i literally had over 10 cuts on both hands.

Lovley vid mate, I have just ordered some all black gloss grills for my black e87, already fitted the indicator led;s - I have discovered a strange problem though, they work fine when you lock/unlock the car, put the hazard lights on, but when the engine is on and you hit the left or right indicator; they flicker on and off and do not light up sequentially like they should, my pal thinks its as if they are gettin to much power when the engine is turned on so they flip out or something, did you have this problem? cheers
Hi there sorry for the late reply, no I didn't have that problem hmm, all I can suggest is buy another pair of them from a different supplier and see if they do the same or not:)

@@GeorgeWhiting Cheers, update: I got some new LED sequential indicators which just plug in (not the ones i previously got which you have to plug into where the bulb goes in) (and from another seller on ebay) and low and behold they work flawlessly! No hyperflash, couldn't believe it.

No you don’t it has a foam lip around the outside of the indicator and that just rests against the car when it’s clipped back on, it’s good enough to stop water getting in there and passed MOT so all good :)

Hi there! Hmm I’ve got a couple ideas to try,
first one would be to pull the indicators back out, unplug the lead and turn round the other way and plug it back in and test that (like I did in the video),
Second one would be to put your old indicator back in and test that it definitely is the new indicator that’s the problem,
Third one would be to complain/ask for a replacement or refund to the people you bought it off and show them a pic or video of what’s wrong and go from there.

SaniaMarsTV they are part of the LCI OEM lights that came on bmw 1 series 2011-2013 which is pretty good, you can get the actual light off eBay for around £150 for a set without motors I’m not sure, or get a set of decal stickers for a £10 ish on ebay:)

So I drive an e81 130i M Sport.
And I do think as long as you have the M Sport / M Tech / M Performance package you can put on some tastefully applied M stripes or small batches.
I do find it kinda cringey if I see an x5 25d with M stripes on the grill and so on but hey to each his own
thierry_675 agreed the new models have the badges on there from standard, so many people have a go at me and I went for the most lowkey matte black ones that I could😂
