I was scrolling through my UA-cam videos and came upon one of yours. I’ve watched six of them already and I love them. I’m 84 and tech saavy, and I’ve had iPhone for over 12 years, but you showed me three or four things I wasn’t aware of. Thank you so much for these videos.
Rich, I’m listening; but I had to stop to say thank you so much… I just got this iPhone from my son and it has given me unbelievable problems (I’m not even talk to him anymore -?). He doesn’t have the patience and understanding like you do, and left me wonder unable to use this one or the old one, and I relay on the cellphone a lot. Then I remembered to ask my friend Google for instructions for dummies on how to use iPhone SE, and took me to your merciful, wonderful video. Thanks again. Going back to your videos. Love

my niece gave me an i phone and the 400 page i phone for dummies book! all i can say is thank you thank you thank you for your videos! The book will be a great reference but it was not until I saw your videos that I thought I had a chance to understand how to do it!!

Could you make a much simpler video? My father needs help with TOTAL basics - how does he turn on the phone? How does he dial a phone call? What buttons does he have to push to answer a phone call?

I didn't understand how to add numbers to favorites. Do you do it from contacts? I didn't get it. Can you explain. I've never had a cellphone and am getting an iPhone 14 next week.

As far as I now, the cheapest iPhone is the the iPhone SE. But you can get a refurbished (renewed) iPhone on Amazon at a reasonable price.
@@RichBowlin Just bought the iPhone SE 2022 (3rd gen). It's excellent and significantly cheaper than the other iPhones, starting at just $449. It's fast, easy to use, comes with the same A15 Bionic chipset that the iPhone 13 series does and it has an excellent camera. It's 5G ready (uses sub6 frequencies only, which is fine) as well.
One thing you could teach them how to Block spam calls and Block text message that are annoying.

Why do you have badges and why they for.
Badges let you know something has occurred. So you might have a badge for unanswered emails, or a badge for missed phone calls. There a quick way to see that something has occurred. Hope this helps!

I,m using AIphone now for some years now and do use now the 15.1 IOS on it, But I never had used that IMennenger or Facetime as had usuing a other app for video calls that can connect all devices. I reasend hear that you now also can make a call to a Android phone so give it a try, but did not work , she just only see some flash of me on camera and some brocking noice, I not see or hear the other side,, all on all tried it for about 5 minute , My IPhone get real hot and the battery drained about a 40%, so because I never used Facetime anyway I was considering deleting that app, but gave it another chance to try a video call from IPhone to IPhone to my other IPhone but then also got no contact, I want it 1 more times try facetime to my sister wan,t know that she uses everything from apple and mac in professional highest price range to go find out if facetime works and what the difference is with the other apps i used, if i don't see any difference, i think facetime then I go delite be the best option
Based on your description, it sounds like there's something seriously wrong with your phone. It shouldn't get hot under normal use. Yes, it may warm up somewhat, but it should not get hot nor drain the battery quickly.
