- This was the first place we went to in the Cordilleras-- the beautiful Bauko. We learned so much about their cooking techniques, their culture and also part of their history and people. Everyone was so welcoming and so helpful. Salamat Bauko for having us.

Chef JP Anglo is very unorthodox to what we ussually do in our food. I never thought coffee could use in marinating meat. Very creative and It's really an interesting content.

I love this chef so much. I started liking him since MasterChef on ABS. Bukod sa pogi ee King of the kitchen pa. My dream is to taste one of his food 😭.
This video made me realize how rich we are in both tradition and land resources seeing as I have just watched a variety of traditional ingredients and cooking techniques I rarely get to see in my place. It is quite amazing to see that there is so much tradition and culture to observe in just one place despite our country being considered as a small tropical country and this just goes to prove that our history goes long and wide and that we have a lot to take pride in what we can offer as an underrated nation.

I've been to Bauko. Super Friendly at Hospitable ng mga Kankanaey. Also tried eating and enjoying this locals dishes. Laging mixed may Meat at Veggies. Sarap
