speed is needed, but you need technique>speed , when he jabs his rear hand doesnt even gaurd his chin, you don't work on 1-2's all close n personal you need to fully extend your arms and punch with your entire body and keep your chin nice and tucked

KSI just tends to aim high in a sense, it pushes him to work hard. For example, he always aims for a #1 charting song or album. I think its just how he motivates himself. Yeah, he's definitely right. Because if you throw harder then you're gonna gas out quicker unless you're a cardio machine. But what really matters more than speed is the set-ups and proper form. Because when you set it up, they won't see it coming, and at the same time, you can throw hard which would KO them or hurt them.

"Don't try to punch harder, try to pu ch faster" Exactly. It's the speed that kills. Look at the majority of the most dominant strikers and ko artists in any combat sport. the thing is though, this is a heavy bag and i look incredible against a heavy bag as well, i can punch fast with decent power and it looks and sounds very intimidating but in reality of a real fight you also gotta pick your shots too because if your going that fast and hard from round 1 to round 3, by the 3rd round your exsaughsted and dont have enough energy in the tank for a strong ass finisher and then you will get beat unless you got insane cardio and the mental will power like rocky but otherwise for me I've found much better success in going very fast and precise with all my power when i see an opening but otherwise I'm jabbing hard and then just throwing punches to get them to open up and it allows me to annoy my opponents until they attack me and then i hit a really clean counter right cross with some good power behind it while they are rushing forward and its over!
