Singapore might be small, compared to its neighbours, but it has so much to see and experience thanks to the original plan that Stamford Raffles laid out for the trading post he established.

Each time we visit Singapore there is something new to see. There are as you say so many wonderful must see spots. We love the recently created Gardens by the Bay. This fusion of peoples and cultures seems to work well.

Beautiful, exotic and informative tour of Singapore. Love the mixture of architecture from the old to the modern. The museum joins them together wonderfully. We loved the seeing the beautiful Convent! (CHIJ) Stunning, but yet somewhat modest. Also love the names Chijmes and how the retained the idea. Would love to see it and dine there. I'm so happy to see it being preserved in this manor. Too often the past is forgotten and a McDonalds goes in. The Kampong Glam area looked so lovely and exotic. Love the murals! Singapore looks so diversified and would be a lovely country to visit. Though YT, I've virtually met some great friends from there. (one of the best parts of YT) Thanks so much for the tour.

The historic parts of Singapore are now beautifully restored and maintained but it wasn't always the case. After Singapore got its independence in 1965, it was a very poor country and it tried to modernised by demolishing old buildings, especially in Chinatown. So much was lost, thankfully by the 1980s the government realised how important those buildings were and started to preserve them. Modern Singaporean architecture is amazing and now at least those old historic buildings are cared for. It really is a beautiful place to visit., Thanks for watching!

Thank you for your lovely comment, the think I love the most about Singapore is its diversity, it's viewed very much as a strength. As a tourist it means you just moved to different areas to experience different cultures. Thanks for watching!

Singapore is really lovely and I've only shown a small part of the city, it's a very well maintained country, famous for some of its strict laws, chewing gum is banned. (Because it makes a mess!) Thanks for watching!

Singapore is a great place to visit, for me doing the long haul flights to Europe, it's my choice of stopover location. There is so much to see and experience, and despite all the times that I've been there, there's still parts of I've never seen! Such as Sentosa Island where Universal Studios is, it's the tourist hotspot I've never seen! Thanks for watching!

Hi there this is fabulous! A really great tour! The different architecture through time is great to see! Love the statue of the children jumping into the water! The chapel amongst the skyscrapers is cool and like you told us it’s in a film! So much culture! Thank you for taking us with you to Singapore. 🇸🇬 have a great week 👍❤️

Singapore does have a some wonderful architecture and I love the fact the modern buildings are interesting as well. It's quite a wealthy country (and sadly now expensive to visit!) and that's why I love the film Crazy Rich Asians (where the chapel was used) Thanks for watching!

Singapore does look so beautiful and I love the river area. The national museum is beautiful and would be so interesting to visit. The convent was really lovely, sad about the abandoned babies. It was god to see all of the different buildings and colours and I especially liked Little India. I enjoyed this tour.
Hope you have a lovely Easter :) ~ Anna

The old convent I really like as I'm fascinated by Europeans coming to Asia in the 19th century and basically building replicas of European buildings. The nuns were French so they built a French chapel with cloisters. The nuns were still taking in orphans or abandoned babies until the mid 1980s which I found amazing!
