My late husband and I did van life all over the country full time from 1999 to 2003, no cell phones or GPS, actual paper road maps, people looked down on it.. It was the hardest thing I've ever done, but the memories are priceless.

Babies are really adaptable…it’s parents who tend to fuss overmuch. With toddlers it’s a bit more messy but still possible, at least for holidays. With school aged kids vanlife is great for holidays (when it’s too expensive to hotel/villa)…meeting new friends in the playgrounds….you get expert at spotting playgrounds btw! Vanlife for ever! I’m 70+ btw and just taken the 4 grandsons with van and an awning for a week away!

I cried about "chemo curls" my grandma had curls after her chemo in the 80's and no one really talked about the changes to her and about her... so hearing someone acknowledge what I witnessed as a kid was amazing! Embrace those curls Bec!! So excited for this baby!!

as a member of the curly hair community, we warmly welcome you :) i’ve been watching you guys since your mexican travels in trinity. i seldom comment on youtube videos in general, but i watched this video a couple days ago and it’s been stuck on my noggin to give you and your curls some love. in a previous video you mentioned being tired of the bangs, but i personally have loved watching the videos over the years and seeing the recent changes in your hair along the way. in your journey, although parts have been tough, you embraced the challenges and put your beautiful bec spin on it (ex: chemo=liquid sunshine). i can’t fully understand what it’s like to be in your shoes, but i did watch close family battle with breast cancer. i grew up with my curls, but it definitely took time to fully embrace them. i hope you come around to confidently rockin them because they really suit you. even though they are a sign of a trying time, they also represent the new things that can be born from those times. you have both inspired me over the years with your lifestyle, outlook, and openness on the internet and i felt it on my heart to return a bit of the love that you put into the world. so if you see this, i can’t wait to continue watching the many journeys you will have post- van life. congrats on baby fitz by the way!

Can’t believe you guys chose The Cabot Trail for your last van life run. I hope you enjoyed it so much! I’m so glad some people recognized you and were able to make your day. I am from Nova Scotia and I lived out in Cape Breton for a year and the Skyline trail is absolutely the best kept secret of Canada!
Shit I’ve been wanting to go to Cape Brenton since I was 12 growing up in Toronto. Unfortunately that never happened. I moved out So Cal in 1978. Now that I am old, this inspires me…..

Congratulations on your pregnancy. I’m glad to see your hair is growing back. I’m 76 in August. I’ve had 3 chemo treatments and lost all my hair after the first treatment. So I’m hoping that after I’m done with chemo and had my surgery, that my hair grows back. I’ve admired your strength thru your whole cancer journey. You two are something else. God Bless you both.

One of the things I love most about watching you young things on UA-cam isnt just watching the adventures you get up to, although I live my travel dreams vicariously through you all since I cant travel and never will be able to again, but also watching your lives unfold as you grow and mature as people. It is beautiful to watch and experience and I will always be grateful to be along for the ride. No tears from me for the end of van life, only excited anticipation for the next part of the Eamon and Bec life journey.

When it came back, it came back curly and with the most beautiful salt and pepper, which she didn't have before the chemo. Congrats on the pregnancy, the cancer is gone, and your hair. Awesome! Love Canada so much. I grew up in Michigan so my first trip "out of the country" was my 6th grade trip to Toronto. My family would also spend 2 weeks in the summer in Canada. One of our best memories is from a great castle in Northumberland's countryside 90 minutes from Toronto. It's a spa and it's such a treat. Might make a great weekend for you two before the bae-bee. Would love to go to Nova Scotia. It's a place we have not visited yet. The people in Nova Scotia sound like our Midwest population.
After following your cancer journey a year ago i couldn‘t continue watching the channel, it was just too triggering for me having gone through that same thing. Watching the one -- again -- and loving it again! I am so glad you said you were falling in love with van life again 🚐 and do hope that some day you will include us in your next van build🛠-- one that is family oriented, suitable for at least 2 kids and the dog. 👨👩👧👦🐶 Remember, it doesn't *have* to be full time -- many of us have done it with our families as vacations and short trips. In our case, it was in a Class-C with 3 adults, 4 kids plus 2 dogs and we traveled from New England to Colorado, and NE to Florida, and NE to PEI -- plus many other trips in between, all beginning when the youngest was not even 6 months old. 🌳🌲🎄 So, onwarrrd!!🚐

At the end of your journey with van life, i would just like to thank you for everything. Back in 2019, my partner really wanted to buy a shuttle bus and live in it, and i was so scared of this idea. Until i stumbled upon your page, which gave me the courage to try it out. Fast forward to 2023, we still live in our shuttle bus. This life has given us the financial stability to afford college and travel the United States. So thank you guys for convincing me this life was possible. i genuinely dont know how my life would be today if i didn't stumble onto your channel. I cried about "chemo curls" my grandma had curls after her chemo in the 80's and no one really talked about the changes to her and about her... so hearing someone acknowledge what I witnessed as a kid was amazing! Embrace those curls Bec!! So excited for this baby!!
My brother had a full head of silver hair. After chemo is gre back in brown.

as a member of the curly hair community, we warmly welcome you :) i’ve been watching you guys since your mexican travels in trinity. i seldom comment on youtube videos in general, but i watched this video a couple days ago and it’s been stuck on my noggin to give you and your curls some love. in a previous video you mentioned being tired of the bangs, but i personally have loved watching the videos over the years and seeing the recent changes in your hair along the way. in your journey, although parts have been tough, you embraced the challenges and put your beautiful bec spin on it (ex: chemo=liquid sunshine). i can’t fully understand what it’s like to be in your shoes, but i did watch close family battle with breast cancer. i grew up with my curls, but it definitely took time to fully embrace them. i hope you come around to confidently rockin them because they really suit you. even though they are a sign of a trying time, they also represent the new things that can be born from those times. you have both inspired me over the years with your lifestyle, outlook, and openness on the internet and i felt it on my heart to return a bit of the love that you put into the world. so if you see this, i can’t wait to continue watching the many journeys you will have post- van life. congrats on baby fitz by the way!

Can’t believe you guys chose The Cabot Trail for your last van life run. I hope you enjoyed it so much! I’m so glad some people recognized you and were able to make your day. I am from Nova Scotia and I lived out in Cape Breton for a year and the Skyline trail is absolutely the best kept secret of Canada!

Congratulations on your pregnancy. I’m glad to see your hair is growing back. I’m 76 in August. I’ve had 3 chemo treatments and lost all my hair after the first treatment. So I’m hoping that after I’m done with chemo and had my surgery, that my hair grows back. I’ve admired your strength thru your whole cancer journey. You two are something else. God Bless you both.

One of the things I love most about watching you young things on UA-cam isnt just watching the adventures you get up to, although I live my travel dreams vicariously through you all since I cant travel and never will be able to again, but also watching your lives unfold as you grow and mature as people. It is beautiful to watch and experience and I will always be grateful to be along for the ride. No tears from me for the end of van life, only excited anticipation for the next part of the Eamon and Bec life journey.

Love Canada so much. I grew up in Michigan so my first trip "out of the country" was my 6th grade trip to Toronto.
My family would also spend 2 weeks in the summer in Canada.
One of our best memories is from a great castle in Northumberland's countryside 90 minutes from Toronto.
It's a spa and it's such a treat.
Might make a great weekend for you two before the bae-bee.
Would love to go to Nova Scotia.
It's a place we have not visited yet.
The people in Nova Scotia sound like our Midwest population.
Hair also changes a lot with pregnancy/babies so it is a never ending hair journey!

Remember, it doesn't *have* to be full time -- many of us have done it with our families as vacations and short trips. In our case, it was in a Class-C with 3 adults, 4 kids plus 2 dogs and we traveled from New England to Colorado, and NE to Florida, and NE to PEI -- plus many other trips in between, all beginning when the youngest was not even 6 months old. 🌳🌲🎄

I would discourage from using better help as a sponsor. I used them then found out they gave out data about their clients to social media companies. At the end of your journey with van life, i would just like to thank you for everything. Back in 2019, my partner really wanted to buy a shuttle bus and live in it, and i was so scared of this idea. Until i stumbled upon your page, which gave me the courage to try it out. Fast forward to 2023, we still live in our shuttle bus. This life has given us the financial stability to afford college and travel the United States. So thank you guys for convincing me this life was possible. i genuinely dont know how my life would be today if i didn't stumble onto your channel. As an avid subscriber for 4 years now, i can't wait to see where life takes you, and i will support you every step of the way.❤
