It's not the first 5 star hotel in Davao. Marco Polo is the 1st. The other former 5 star is Apo View Hotel.
Hi, read your comment and just want to clarify that Marco Polo hotel is actually a 4-star hotel while Apo view is a 3-star. Acacia hotel is a 5-star hotel also and just like Dusit they just recently opened. By the way I am a tourism student from Davao City :)

Jayvee Mccartney dusit thani is yung global brand ng hotel pero yung dusitd2hotel is specific for davao... pero pag nasa davao ka lang either way pwede gamitin kasi wala namang ibang dusit sa davao... nagagamit lang yang dusitd2hotel na name pang distinguish sa branch ng dusit nationwide at internationally.. 120 lahat ang rooms dyan...
@@JuanAlmighty sir pa ask po ulit kac ng research po ako about sa hotel , is a condotel type po yong hotel and then my mga residence na po daw jan,ang tanong ko po? Kasali na po ba sa 120 rooms ang mga regular residence na nkatira jan?. At ilang floors po ba ang dusit? Thankx sa sagot 😄sorry po sa disturbo.
@@jayveemccartney5584 kasali na ata...kasi naka connect lang yung mga condo sa mismong hotel pinaghiwalay lang ng access sa elevator... naka U-shape sya diba dun sa may bandang kids playroom ang elevator pa-puntang residential condos...di ko lang sure kung ilang units sa 120 ang sa condo.. guess ko lang baka 40 units
@@JuanAlmighty sir ilang floors po ba ang dusit? At alam nyo po ba kung kailan sila ng start? At free breakfast buffet po ba cla araw2?
@@jayveemccartney5584 nasa 6th floor kami nun at may 2 floors pa sa taas... so sa U-shape each gilid is mga 8 floors pero yung gitna mas mataas 10 floors ata yun...about sa breakfast hindi sya naka default na may breakfast depende sa preference mo sa booking kung mag avail ka o hindi.
