While teaching my 3 day seminar camp in Vancouver, Canada with “Jits N Eats,” Shelby and I were asked to do a Q&A session at the end of the weekend. We deep dive into alllll things Jiu Jitsu: teaching, designing training camps, coaching young kids, optimizing training with different kinds of partners, and so many other topics that MANY of us face head on - on and off the mats.
