- I'll be showing you and deciding if this is the best foundation you will ever need! I recently received this amazing foundation and I'm shocked at the results! The results are flawless, great coverage and smooth skin! Your skin looks so good after using this foundation and I wanted to talk through it and apply it with you!
In this makeup tutorial I will be trying a new viral foundation that I think you're going to love as I think it's the best foundation and you will only ever need this! I'll demonstrate how to use it and how it looks on as well as talk through the key benefits of the foundation.

I hit 50 this year and as my skin changes, I find foundation needs updating too. Got myself colour matched yesterday with Tan 063 which I thought would be too light on me, but as this foundation oxidises, the colour match was perfect and gives the air brush finish. Tried it with the primer on one side too and you Definitely feel the difference and it tingles when applied but foundation went on much smoother. But yes, it feels super light and hydrating! Thanks for the recommendation! ❤

I am 60 and always struggled to find a good foundation shade. Finally found one in Clinique, but I might give this a go to see it this is better. Not that I need a new one 😀. Thanks for the video.

It looks amazing if you already have amazing skin. I really wish I could find a make-up artist channel for mature skin that actually has skin issues.
I ordered this and it’s amazing! It’s so pigment-dense, but the consistency is very thin. The color I ordered is too light, so I do a little blending to darken it slightly. The other day I used a tiny bit of the light foundation on a concealer brush and used it in place of a concealer for dark circles and red spots. Then I blended in a little color and put that on the rest of my face. Under eye…ITS MAGIC! I love the way it dries down and doesn’t feel heavy or sticky. KVD…Good Apple is the most amazing foundation I have ever used. I was out of my Dior Forever. I’m so thankful you posted this Nina! ❤
PS...I didn't do well with KVD primer. Instead, I used Lancôme Prep and Matt primer. It's a thinner primer and it works better for my mature skin. I actually embrace the fine lines when wearing KVD!

I got my makeup done at Sephora and they used this foundation on me. I was blown away. I have dry skin which can be difficult for full coverage foundation and this was beautiful. Highly recommend also. Love you and your videos ❤
I bought this foundation at launch but returned it due to a poor color match-now that I've seen your video I think ill try it again! Than you for the helpful hints!
I’m combo sensitive but oilier down the T zone is warmer/milder weather (I’m uk based) which we are just starting to get. I have a big sample of this foundation and apart from it breaking up on either side of my nose, I do love it. A little goes a long way too. I don’t have the primer but have tried a few with it but it still breaks up so it maybe time to invest in this as well. I don’t feel it on my skin, it matches me brilliantly L10 is my shade I’m:“Mont Blanc” in Nars light reflecting,
“1CR”in Dior,
“Buff”in Revlon &
“2.5” in hourglass Ambient foundation…
Its hydrating all right & I set all my foundations but After about 5 hours I definitely need a powder touch up but that doesn’t bother me at all because I do like the look of it still after re-powdering.
Oily people will definitely need to powder but because it feels so light on the skin and it covers really well redness, scarring & hyperpigmentation I think this could be forgiven. Highly recommend a sample from Boots (Drugstore in the Uk) of this and try it. Grab a sample of the primer as well because a few that I have tried Laura Mercier blurring, Huda “Glow Jam”, “by Terry” hydra primer & Guerlain “meteorite Pearl hydrating” primer have separated after about 5 hours but the Guerlain held up the best. Not sure if they all worked together or if it was my vit c/drunk elephant protini moisturiser or Canmake sunscreen that caused the issues though…
I have just found you Nina (already checked out your foundation separating vid & giving your tips a try) and I do agree this foundation is good just for combo/oily peeps we may need a bit of tweaking which is weird as it was designed for exactly our skin types…just curious as to what your skin type is as well Nina?

I always play it safe with Estée Lauder double wear, as it never oxidises. Does this oxidise? Or do you have any examples of other foundations that don’t oxidise? Thank you for your vids 🙏

Hi there Nina. Between thé KVD FONDATION and ESTEE LAUDER DOUBLE WEAR..which IS honestly thé BEST? They are both more or less thé same Price Range...( Which is a bit exspensive for my small budget...But what thé Heck).

Well it depends on what consistency you like. The KVD is much more fluid and lightweight and doesn’t look dry on the skin

I'm use exactly the same shades as yours in Nars & Luminous so in KVD I use a combo of shade 063 & 066
You’re def a professional, hands down love! But I think I would of enjoyed this video more if you told me all those great things about this foundation while you apply it, lol! It would of cut this video down if you do both @ the same time, just a suggestion doll!

Hi Nini, how would I know what shade of this foundation would suit my complexion? At present I am using Kevin Aucoin number 9 and 12 I have to mix to get my shade.
I tried to order thru Ipsy but they didn’t have my color. This was before I saw this vid so I will definitely try it once I can get my color.
I love watching your tutorials and I do have a question what can I used to stop that cake part in between my knows lines I have put primer there I have also tried all sort of products but lately my foundation looks not so great in the knows area. This is HG foundation foe sick girl survival, I do a pump of this with saie illuminizer and I get a healthy slightly ,shimmery combo that looks like I’m well slept and drink lots of water, fyi, I dont. Also love embroylis moisturizer as a base for this one.

Hi Nina, I purchased some Estée Lauder foundation for an event coming up and plan to use it for those full on glam looks, but I really want to try this KVD foundation for regular wear. Can I underpaint under either of these foundations, or should I use a different kind of foundation for that technique? Also, you are awesome ❤ thank you thank you for helping me find myself again after letting mom life take over for too long. You reminded me that I still need to take care of me.
I’ve been using Estée Lauder foundation for years. You can definitely apply your concealer first with it.

Yes you can use these with underpainting but as it’s full coverage you’d need to use the smallest amount or mix it with a primer or moisturizer so it lightens the coverage
