Released in 1991 Conquest of the Longbow was one of Sierra's best in my opinion. With multiple endings and different ways to solve problems this game had replay value and was quite fun!
We assume the role of Robin Hood who has been declared an outlaw by a corrupt treasonous Sheriff of Nottingham, together with your band of merry men you must raise the ransom needed to free Richard the Lionheart or England falls under the tyrannical rule of Prince John. -

Sierra had some the best point and click adventure games. Thanks for the memories.
Grew up on this game. Still love it. Thanks for the long play.
So I found an interesting death in here. After getting the jeweler disguise. If you go to the castle gate (you don't even need to talk to the guard), leave to put the rouge on, and come back, the guard will actually notice that you aren't blonde anymore. Now that is detail... and annoying, but damn even after playing the game for years I found that something new.
I also found that if you want to go with a different plan for rescuing Marian, than Little John's, you'll need to put on the ring of fire before calling the men. Choosing any of the other plans will just cut right to Robin rushing to grab Marian, and not having the ring on will cause him to burn to death.
Also, for the treasure ambush, choosing Much's plan will cause you to lose only 1 man, but you'll fail to get the treasure.
@@JStryker47 yeah as a kid I thought the only proper solution was John's plan. I had no idea putting the ring on first would save you, like the option was there instead of putting it on before opening the secret door in the maze
Didn't knew of this game until now, watched the whole thing. Love when WoL uploads old masterpieces.
Oh wow thank you for posting this, I had a lot of fun playing! I hope everyone enjoys the longplay with some choice deaths!
Brought back a lot of memories from my childhood watching my mom play this and helping her with the tower climbing part. She dearly loved this game, actively learned how to play Nine Men’s Morris from it and spread that to our local community. This was back in 1992, and hands down int was one of the greatest adventures we both went on.
I really can’t thank you enough for giving me the opportunity to relive those memories one more time.
@@ElSandwich777 You are very welcome!
38:00 "Well what on earth do you need *me* for?" XDDDDDD You can practically feel the annoyance radiating from Will Scarlet XD
Beautiful. Thanks for playing/sharing!
This game is awesome . Very atmospheric and authentic and astounding graphics for the Time.
This is one of the finest sierra titles aside from QFG4 from this period.
Yeah! I remember this game 😃 it was awesome. I play it so many times 👍
3:58:20 Okay, I take it back; *THIS* is the funniest death ever XDDD
This is my favorite game.
I wish they still made games like this. This robin hood seems a little ruthless. In the book robin only kills two men during his first tenure as an outlaw. A forester and guy of gisborn.
3:32:19 Graham scream from _King's Quest V._ 😆
I thoroughly enjoyed this longplay -- thanks!
3:32:26 "I knew there was something missing from this plan" XDDDD Funniest death ever XD
I still laugh at this one lol.
Oh hell yeah. This is the game I play about once a year. First on dosbox and then on gog. I have all the paw plays episodes saved up because they are rather entertaining. if I had a favorite game, this would probably be it. This felt like the first game ever to have a morality system, where not only did your choices impact your score, but they changed things in your ending. While other seirra games just have "do this or you don't get points" this one let you find multiple ways to do different encounters, not to mention a ton of ways you can die.
there's a 1995 DOS game called Ravenloft: Stone Prophet (official D&D licensed) which has a moral system too, if you do good deeds along your adventure, you get the best ending at the end
which is later than this one, yeah

How about a kiss, for luck?
You've GOT to be kidding!
I think you can earn some extra points by solving the Ring of Fire puzzle and leaving the box under the Abbot’s pillow as if it never left. Or am I wrong?
16:02 that sounded a lot like the Prince Alexander death cry
Wait... if the Queen's knight can't read, how does he recognize the hand code? Wouldn't that require him to know the alphabet and stuff? And if he serves the Queen, then isn't he someone who *should* know how to read? Also, if Little John is going to be the new Sheriff of Nottingham, he should probably learn how to read too.
Weird. I know I played this game, but I have no memory of any of this.
Hello
Elves aren't dragons also.
Best Sierra fames were nine series ones … Iceman, Camelot, Goldrush, Freddy Pharkas (was there a second one?).
Was this a pc game
Dos-box emulator
Sure was.
Всем привет!
Please play Sims 4 😇😘😍😍😘😍
