Track Popups with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4

Learn how to track popup forms with Google Tag Manager and send those events to Google Analytics 4.
We will also go more advanced and create 3 metrics:
* The number of popup impressions
* The number of popup submissions
* Popup submission rate (it’s like a popup conversion rate)
Last but not least, we will build a custom report with these metrics.

I would love to know how to achieve the following.
How to track the click inside a popup? So I have this popup that initially is on display: none and once I click on this particular tag, my popup opens up on the same page. Inside it, I have another tag with href as a phone number. I need to track this phone number clicks.
Please any help would be hugely appreciated.
I have tried setting Element visibility as a validation condition but it didn't work!
