Why does this song perfectly sum up my relationship with my ex??? He was totally emotionally unavailable, didn’t ever help comfort me when I was at my lowest. He didn’t have any passions or ambitions or desire to do anything outside the house. He just wanted to sit at home playing video games all day, uninterrupted. Video games and coding were the only things he cared about, it seemed. It was a total dead end relationship where my needs were ignored, and I was the one pulling all the weight. I stayed with him for 2.5 years (my longest relationship ever). I was basically settling for him because I was afraid I would be alone and wouldn’t find anyone better. Turns out that definitely wasn’t true lol. Anyway, Thank you for the amazing song!!! You put all this exactly into words/music!!!
