We suffered the same when super cyclone Hudhud ravaged my city Visakhapatnam. It was horrible. Amphan is the second super cyclone in a decade in India. I hope WB & Odisha gets back on track soon

Well ! Since I have been to Ladakh, so know about permits, almost all but ‘was waiting for the vlog. One more thing , the vehicles which are MORE than 10years old are not allowed to cross Rohtang from Manali but can comeback from Leh
