    Try out this ultimate Pav Bhaji recipe which is an extremely popular Indian street food and let me know your thoughts!!
    Ingredients:
    Pav / Bun - 6 to 8 pieces
    Butter - 2.5 tbsp
    Tomatoes - 3, finely chopped
    Green peas - ¼ cup
    Capsicum - half, finely chopped
    Potatoes - 2, boiled & mashed
    Red chilly powder - 1.5 tsp
    Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
    Pav bhaji masala - 2 tsp
    Kasuri methi - 2 tsp
    Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
    Onion - 1, finely chopped
    Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Water to adjust consistency
    Method:
    Heat a non-stick pan and add 1 tbsp butter and add vegetables. Mix well and mash the vegetables. Next add 1 tsp chilly powder, ¼ tsp turmeric,1 tsp pav bhaji masala,1 tsp kasuri methi and 2 tbsp coriander leaves and mix well. Cover and cook for 2 -3 minutes. Mix well. Spicy bhaji is ready!
    For toasting the pav, heat another pan with 1 tbsp butter and add ½ tsp chilly powder, ½ tsp pav bhaji masala and 1 tsp coriander leaves. Saute well. Now toast the Pav / Bun in this mix. Hot & spicy Pav Bhaji is ready to serve!
