W Decision to put Jacob Batalon before Zendaya
Makes perfect sense, he’s the guy in the chair and the consistent friend to Peter across the trilogy, Mj wasn’t really in the group until the very end of far from home then they tried to make it seem like she was apart of Peter and Neds friend group from the start.

In my opinion (even with me loving this Peter Parker and his MJ) you made the correct conclusion with the placings of Zendaya and Jacob as Ned was definitely more prominent in the first movie as Peter's friend.
I would have love to see your endgame version of the film, Spiderman: No Way Home just because I haven't watch one that I feel correctly reflects the actual movie.
