I wanted an Alien Gear Rapid Force Duty Holster badly, but Alien gear doesn’t sell an outside the waist holster (mid drop) for my gun (Glock 21 or 21sf) I called alien to make sure. And they confirmed they only make inside the waist holster for my gun. What a bummer, my whole gun belt setup was for the Alien Gear Rapid Force Duty Holster with a Glock 21sf, Holosun SCS Solar Charging Sight and Streamlight TLR-8. Heart breaking!!!! Get it together Alien gear!!!

I just received mine, my question is once you push down to remove the hood if you don't rock your thumb down on the release lever than the firearm shouldn't be able to be removed correct? I try this with my Sig P320 and it seems as if once i release the hood i can withdraw the firearm.

Thanks for the review, I try to order this holster but can't find the option for the XL hood, just the standard one. I've got a aimpoint ACRO on my G17 and I assume that the standard hood isn't compatible with it. Is the XL hood still available? Best regards

Yes it is, I ordered this for my sig p320 spectre comp with the holosun SCS 320 and it works perfectly with this V3 👽 gear lvl 3 duty holster.

This looks like a great duty holster but I won’t be able to purchase it. I carry an M9A3 with an Olight Valkyrie Pro but there are no options for either my pistol or light. I’ll have to check back at a future time. I’m actually having very limited options for a holster that will fit my pistol I only came across bare arms for a concealed IWB holster. I’m hoping to find other companies to consider.

get a custom one made from somewhere like dar holsters or Tier 1 concealed, they make iwb and level 2 duties

@@belladonna442 thanks for the information. I found one a while back from Bare Arms and I’m happy with what I have. Though I’ll be looking for a holster for a duty belt so I’ll keep those in mind. Thanks
