It's unfortunately true how that bullying concept seems to work. Usually psychologically inclined due to our human nature most times. Being bullied at home, weather its abuse or neglect the abused tends to want to take out frustrations in any way shape of outlet or opportunities usually it being a cry for help or attention. attention meaning "any response is a good response" and it is this is usually a negative responses cuz they're easier to get out of people.
