Not me watching my second video by you Maya after the bookshelf tour. I'm very excited since I get to read Ann Liang in May next year. Night Circus too? I feel like I'm in for a good time.
I totally agree with you about Mockingjay, I had to dnf it bc I was so bored. I also rlly liked Air Awakens. A book that I dnfed straight away was actually Tokyo Ever After, the vibes just weren’t there for me. I read Assistant to the Villain and rlly liked it though, it just took a while to get used to the writing style.
I've been waiting for these end of the year videos from u !! 🤍🤍 and I started reading the Dash and Lily series, and I am almost done with book 3 tysm for recommending them!! Dash and Lily are the cutest couple to read about during Christmas :D 🦌
I’ve been looking forward to this!! 🦌 I read this time it’s real by Ann liang because you recommended it and I found a new favourite author! Also I read renegades trilogy and the lunar chronicles because you recommended them and I’m SO GLAD I did they are my top favourites now too
I have a middle grade fantasy recommendation. Thornwood by Leah Cypess. It’s a retelling of Sleeping Beauty’s forgotten little sister pov. I also loved Glass Slippers by Leah Cypess as well it’s a retelling from Cinderella’s unknown third little step sister pov. These books are in a series called Sisters Ever After. And they aren’t interconnected so you can read them in any order! Very fast paced, fairytale vibes. I think you’d like them!
happy new year! btw ik you didn't really like The Inheritance Games, but I really recommend the Naturals series by the same author (jennifer lynn barnes) They're so much better imo, and if you liked A Good girls guide to murder, I think you'll love it
