    This looks amazing. Thank you for the recipe. My father-in-law is Italian, so it's nice to have some good go-to recipes of Italian food to impress the in-laws. 😁

    I'm gonna be trying out a different version probably with slices but I like how bite sized this one is and such vivid colours!

    Caprese Salad
    "Caprese" literally means "from Capri", an island off the coast of Naples, in southern Italy.
    This simple dish is often done "wrong" by adding too many ingredients. No need for bufala mozzarella or balsamic vinegar. If the tomato and the mozzarella are good, all you need is some basil, extra virgin olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
    I noticed only Americans adding too many ingredients . I respect the strong taste of basil and it's really all the flavor you need with a touch of salt .

      That sounds good too. This is just my version and the way I prefer it. 😊 I know not everyone has the same tastes and that’s ok.
