    Join me as I take you through an intense 3 Cone drill. For each drill aim for the 3 reps.
    Right Hand
    Between the Legs 1 Hand Finish
    Behind The Back 1
    Double Between The Legs/ Single Between The Legs/ Double Between The Legs ( FInish of Left Side with Left Hand)
    Double Behind The Back/ / Single/ Double Behind The Back ( FInish of Left Side with Left Hand)
    Left Hand
    Between the Legs 1 Hand Finish
    Behind The Back 1 Hand Finish
    Double Between The Legs/ Single Between The Legs/ Double Between The Legs ( FInish of Right Side with Right Hand)
    Double Behind The Back/ / Single/ Double Behind The Back ( FInish of Right Side with Right Hand)
    Pullups ( 3-5 sets Make 3-5 Both Right & Left Side)
    Between the legs Pull-ups
    Behind The Back Pull-ups
    Attack First Cone Backup Dribble Pullup on the Other Side for a 3
    3 Cone Line
    Behind The Back
    Between the legs
    Double Behind the Back
    Between the Legs
    Between the Legs/Behind the Back
