There is pain when we follow the steps of those above us, I love Jack and mark because they were always there for me, and I’ve learned while 12 year old me wanted more than anything to be loved, I know now I can still be like them by being there for those around me. I will never meet mark or Jack because the moment will be so unlike what I’ve imagined, not because of their imperfections but because once you see how different someone is to you, you can’t see what they actually are. You are not going to be mark or Jack, you will be you, and whatever that has to mean to you I hope you find peace with it. Because this is what you are, and that can be a beautiful, strong and amazing thing if you let yourself see what you are alone.
Please take care of yourself, find the moments that make you feel the most and do what would make you happy. Because even if most of the time life is just alright, the parts your happy makes it all the more bright and wonderful.
You carry an elegance in your wording far better than I can craft. Thank you for taking the time to write this comment and providing a neat and shared understanding that I’m sure a lot can relate with.

Originality isn't really a thing, there's always gonna be someone that's beat ya to the punch, but that doesn't mean your own uniqueness can't change and subvert those concepts.
