Since it's a video showcasing a property the focus should be the details over voice mostly. So potential customers can see details to make an informed decision. But overall, it's a great production.

This house was being rented as a bnb or holiday home if I'm correct, saw it on Natural Ghana Girl channel when she went on a weekend getaway.
