I'm not much of a fan of heavy spice in my reading (or my food). Your approach to romance in Lightbringer was handled very well! Also, I've been pronouncing Galatea wrong this whole time. 😳
I'm honestly so sick of spice 😂 Like, if people want to write or read it, that's fine, but it's EVERYWHERE. Haha, I debated putting a pronunciation guide in the book for names, but whenever I see one in a book, it kind of overwhelms me, so I didn't in the end.
I got my Lightbringer today. I was dealing with my mom's health issues for a while. Then when I went to get the book it was on sale, so I waited until it was back to the normal price. So now I have my weekend reading ready to go!
