Win or lose Dustin deserves to be in the hall of fame, he's been in so many big fights, been a great representative of the sport and is one of the greatest lightweights of all time.

Huge respect for Dustin from France! Love how respectful those two guys are about each other, you don't need to trash talk your opponent to be a beast in the octagon!
I'm French but I much respect this man because he is humble and I know he will fight like a dog till the end! Much respect also for his courage to accept a fight with someone so far away in rank. So while I hope BSD will win, I really can't say now who is gonna win, i respect both warriors and can't wait for this beautiful combat!
@@beaualoevv10 years ago goofy. BSD lost to someone who’s been in the ufc for 10 years and never been ranked. This is Dustin’s first fight outside the top 5 in 7 years

Career longevity in mma is under rated by the fan base and DP is being modest. If he retired right now his career would be much more impressive than most UFC champions.

I dont understand why no one bring up Dustin Poirier's French Heritage as he is fighting à Frenchman, someone of his Ancestor's Land ? I know Americans are very patriotic but in the past, Poirier did bring up his French Heritage ( and it was obvious given his last name is typically French, plus he was born in Louisiana, Lafayette ! 😅 and his wife's name is also french > which means Pretty ). Poirier spoke à bit about his Heritage, has à fleur de lys ⚜️ tatooed .. it would have been very interesting to me to hear about Poirier's family's History and a beautiful act to connect him with his Roots, as French audience knows very well about his French Blood .. Future hall of famer for sure. What I love the most about Porier, is that he is an absolute animal in the cage... but just in the cage. A lot of fighters, de Masvidals of the world, are just animals who are cut loose to fight inside an octagon.
