Don't speak like illiterate person, most people use people for their own benefits,it was intention to retire these Young people by then,many people died but few are enjoying, go to kikamulo sub county nakaseke and see skulls and borns of people who lost their lives ,even that kadogo school in mbarara it was selected for a few kadogos who were from western

My friend no one decieves you,museveni knows that these veterans some are still alive but he doesn't want to help them,one day it was heroes in butalangu nakaseke district, all veterans were brought to the venue where museveni was chief guest, l drove around 60 veterans to that venue but at the end of event museveni cut acake and soldiers starting distributing to veterans, they got annoyed and some were rumoured saying museveni used us and dumped us ,museveni has no intention of helping this people ,he intended to retire them after the war,ministry of defence and veterans affairs it's just aword
I had a family member who was PPU force the first intake he died early 1990s his next to kin were entiled to certain compessation but the funny it was revealed that in early 2000 his money was claimed by some people whom we dont know to be part of the family
